Notice of Proposed Action
The California Bureau of Real Estate Appraisers has released the Notice of Proposed Action to amend Section 3705 of Title 10 of the California Code of Regulations related to Alignment of Appraisal Review Requirements with USPAP. This is BREA 45 days’ Notice of Proposed Action notification. Therefore, BREA will be accepting written comments to the proposed text until November 10th, 2025.
